FITNESS
You’ll have a structured training program, with video tutorials, and learn how to lift with proper form and execution for the best results, either in the gym or at home, to build muscle, burn fat and increase your metabolism.
LIFESTYLE & MINDSET
Throughout the course you will learn how to integrate new healthy habits and strategies into your lifestyle so you can keep seeing results and feeling amazing for the rest of your life.

COACHING
You will receive high level coaching designed to support you in breaking through any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from showing up in a way that’s aligned with your goals.
NUTRITION
The program will teach you how much, what, and when to eat to maximize your gains for fat loss and muscle increase without any strict meal plans or having to give up the foods you love. It’s not a diet, it’s supporting you in learning how to eat for a sustainable lifestyle.
My process with Aaron started when I knew I had to change my habits and get to a next level, to a level where I knew I could get to but I ultimately didn’t know how to do it on my own. When the quarantine started I knew that it was a perfect time to persist and try to implement the basics. So, I started working with Aaron, and he not only came up with the fitness and nutrition aspect but also made me think, made me progress intellectually and supported me in having an awareness about mental health and other areas of growth that I did not know I even needed at the time.

In April of 2018, I went on a scuba-diving trip to the Carribean and when I returned home, I got on the scale and weighed in at nearly 225 pounds. I knew deep down inside that I had to do something quickly to get back on the right track before it was too late. I immediately reached out to Aaron after working with him for many years in the past as a personal physical trainer. As my journey continued, I lost approximately 50 pounds and ran a half-marathon in 2019. As I get ready to celebrate my 49 birthday in 2020, I am still running races, working out regularly, and I am traveling and living an active lifestyle. This journey would not have been possible without the support of Aaron and his knowledge of working with the whole person as both a physical trainer and life coach. Aaron's compassion for his clients is truly inspiring and his coaching helped me transition through one of the roughest patches in my life.

In working with Aaron, I have gained new habits that have already affected my life. I have learned the value of accountability and support from other Black gay men in reaching my goals. When I started, I was malnourished, not eating enough food, and the food I was eating, did not serve me well in terms of energy and muscle growth. I was getting less than five hours of sleep daily and played it ear when I exercised. Now I am getting seven hours of sleep regularly, eating healthy (including doing meal prep weekly), and challenging myself at the gym.
